At my school I have been studying about natural disasters. We are studying about natural disasters because we want to know how  we prevent natural disaster when it's happening to us. I am studying flood for my project. Some of my friends do other type  of disasters like volcano, earthquake, cyclone and more type of disasters. Flood is caused by rain, river and even a heavy downpour. If a flood happen can cause people and make them deadliest. It also can cause people homeless.

Science Week

On Friday ,6th  of Febuary 2009 our class held  a volcano competition. There were 4 groups . I was in Group 3 with Riam, Metta, Chung .  We designed our  volcano design using  some materials  such as  coca-cola zero, mentos, and clay. I and my  friends in Group 3 became the winner because we could make the highest and biggest eruption . 

On that day  we also watch a water bottle rocket competition for Grade 6 and 7.  6th February. It was an exciting day!
